is MOPS?
MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers.
Through outreach to the surrounding areas, MOPS OF ENTERPRISE is committed to creating a warm, inclusive and nurturing environment where moms come together regardless of their faith, ethnicity or socioeconomic background to encourage one another to relax, regroup and be refreshed through the love of other mothers and grow in their relationship with God, themselves, their family, and their community. All the while, confident that their young children are nurtured and well cared for by loving church staff and volunteers.

What can I expect when I come to MOPS?
First, a warm welcome! Our morning begins with refreshments and time to socialize. Then moms are encouraged through teaching and discussion on topics such as womanhood, marriage, child rearing, family relationships and other helpful topics. This is followed by time for small group discussion and a craft or other creative activity. The schedule may be varied to include special speakers, demonstrations, and seasonal programs.
How much does it cost?
Your first meeting is absolutely FREE! After that we ask you to join MOPS International for $40 per year. In addition to childcare during our monthly meetings, Click here to see all of the items you will receive for this membership fee.
Our MOPS group is run by moms like you who volunteer their time weekly to organize and manage our group. We want everyone to attend - as it is a refreshing time for moms! If these fees are a hardship to your family, please contact us or speak to a member of the steering team. There are a limited number of scholarships available.
Where does MOPS of Enterprise meet?
MOPS is an interdenominational group that meets at Hillcrest Baptist Church, 500 Alberta Street, Enterprise, AL 36330. We welcome all moms regardless of religious affiliation.
